Terms & Conditions

This Cryptocurrency Withdrawal Limits and Risk Management Policy sets out the controls, account classifications, and procedural standards that govern cryptocurrency withdrawal requests processed through the Asset Flow Limited platform.

This document is a standalone supplement to the main Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms & Conditions on the subject of cryptocurrency withdrawal limits or controls, this policy governs that subject.

The applicable limits for your account are determined by your individual account settings, verification status, and the platform’s implemented withdrawal rules. Where actual configured limits apply to your account, they are disclosed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

Policy Overview

Asset Flow Limited processes cryptocurrency withdrawal requests in accordance with applicable account verification requirements, available and unrestricted balances, destination-wallet authorisation, transaction security checks, documented withdrawal limits, and applicable contractual conditions.

These controls are designed to protect customers from unauthorised access, maintain account and platform security, support consistent and predictable transaction processing, and satisfy applicable legal and compliance obligations.

This policy applies to all cryptocurrency withdrawal requests submitted through the platform, irrespective of the asset, network, or account type. Fiat and non-cryptocurrency withdrawals are separately governed by the Fiat Terms and Conditions.

Scope and Application

This policy applies to:

  • All registered users of the Asset Flow Limited platform who hold a cryptocurrency balance.
  • All cryptocurrency withdrawal requests, including those processed automatically and those subject to administrative review.
  • All supported blockchain networks and cryptocurrency assets available on the platform.

This policy does not apply to fiat currency withdrawals or bank transfers (governed by the Fiat Terms), internal account transfers that do not result in on-chain transactions, or cryptocurrency deposits.

This policy is effective from 9 October 2026 (Version 1.0). It supplements, and does not replace, the main Terms & Conditions (Version 2.0, effective 3 July 2026).

Account Classifications

Withdrawal access and applicable controls may vary according to an account’s classification. Classification is determined by the account’s verification status, documented history on the platform, and applicable eligibility criteria. The specific limit applicable to an individual account is displayed in the user dashboard. Where no per-user limit has been configured, the platform’s global default rules apply.

Classification Eligibility Indicators Applicable Controls
Newly Registered Account Account registered; mandatory identity verification not yet completed. Withdrawal requests require completion of applicable identity and account verification before processing can proceed.
Verified Entry-Level Account Core identity verification completed; account in good standing; limited transaction history on the platform. Cryptocurrency withdrawals processed subject to standard limit rules, wallet authorisation requirements, and applicable security checks.
Established Verified Account Verified account with documented transaction history; all applicable verification requirements current. Standard controls apply. Applicable limits are determined by the account’s individual settings or the platform global defaults, whichever are applicable.
Enhanced Verification Account Account where enhanced verification has been completed in accordance with applicable eligibility requirements. Applicable controls reflect the account’s verified status. Individual limit configuration may apply where set by platform administration.
VIP or Eligible High-Value Account Account satisfying applicable VIP or high-value eligibility criteria as documented on the platform. Applicable controls and limit configuration reflect the account’s documented status. Individual settings govern where configured; platform defaults apply otherwise.
Important: Higher investment activity does not automatically guarantee higher withdrawal limits. Limits are determined by documented eligibility criteria and applicable account settings, not investment volume alone.

Factors Determining Withdrawal Limits

The following factors may individually or collectively affect the withdrawal limit applicable to a customer’s account or a specific withdrawal request.

Identity and Account Verification

Completion of applicable identity verification requirements is a prerequisite for withdrawal processing. Requests submitted before verification is complete will not be processed until outstanding requirements have been satisfied.

Available Cryptocurrency Balance

Only balances that are available and unrestricted at the time of the request may be withdrawn. Funds legitimately locked under an applicable investment contract or subject to a valid documented restriction are not eligible for withdrawal until the restriction is lifted or expires in accordance with its terms.

Wallet Authorisation and Whitelisting

Withdrawal requests must specify a destination wallet address that has been authorised and approved through the platform’s wallet-whitelisting process. Requests to non-authorised addresses cannot be processed.

Transaction History and Documented Risk Indicators

The platform applies documented risk controls to withdrawal requests. Requests that present risk indicators consistent with the platform’s applicable compliance policies may be subject to additional review before processing.

Supported Cryptocurrency and Network

Withdrawal availability depends on the specific cryptocurrency asset and blockchain network selected. Not all assets or networks may be available at all times.

Applicable Investment-Plan Restrictions

Funds allocated to an active investment plan are subject to the terms of that plan. Where a plan’s terms provide that funds are locked for a specified period, those funds are not available for withdrawal during the lock period, regardless of account classification.

Legal and Contractual Requirements

The platform may be required by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal order to restrict, delay, or decline a withdrawal. Where legally permissible, the customer will be informed of the nature of the restriction and any available corrective steps.

Per-Transaction and Daily Limits

Withdrawal controls implemented on the platform may include one or more of the following limit types. The specific values applicable to an account are displayed in the withdrawal section of the user dashboard. Where no per-user value has been configured, the platform’s global default applies.

  • Per-transaction minimum: The smallest single withdrawal amount permitted for the account.
  • Per-transaction maximum: The largest single withdrawal amount permitted for the account in a single request.
  • Daily aggregate limit: The maximum total withdrawal value that may be submitted across all requests within a single calendar day (UTC).
  • Monthly aggregate limit: The maximum total withdrawal value that may be submitted within a single calendar month.
  • Daily transaction count limit: The maximum number of discrete withdrawal requests that may be submitted within a single calendar day.
  • Asset-specific limits: Limits that apply to a specific cryptocurrency asset independently of general account limits.
  • Network-specific restrictions: Restrictions arising from the operational status or minimum requirements of a particular blockchain network.
  • New-wallet controls: Additional verification or holding periods applicable to newly authorised destination wallets, where applied by the platform’s security controls.
The following are distinct concepts: (1) the maximum permitted withdrawal for your account; (2) the available balance in your account; (3) the applicable blockchain network fee; and (4) any valid restriction affecting the requested funds. Each operates independently; the binding constraint is whichever is most restrictive.

Pending and approved withdrawal requests count toward applicable daily and monthly aggregate limits. Rejected or cancelled requests do not count toward those limits.

Limit Reviews and Adjustments

Customers may contact the platform’s support team to request a review of the withdrawal limit applicable to their account. A review may consider: completion of applicable identity and account verification; the authorisation status of the customer’s destination wallet(s); the account’s transaction history and security standing; the amount and nature of the withdrawal requested; and any other documented eligibility criteria applicable at the time of the review.

Limit adjustments are subject to documented eligibility criteria and applicable security requirements. The platform does not guarantee that a review will result in an increase.

Important: Customers are not required to make additional deposits or investments as a condition of accessing funds that are otherwise eligible for withdrawal. If you believe a limit has been applied incorrectly to funds that should be available, please contact support and request a formal review.

Temporary Withdrawal Restrictions

A cryptocurrency withdrawal may be temporarily restricted for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete mandatory identity or account verification.
  • Suspected account compromise or an active security review.
  • An unrecognised, unsupported, or incorrectly specified destination wallet address.
  • A material discrepancy in the transaction authorisation process.
  • A compliance review required by applicable law, regulation, or legal order.
  • A blockchain network disruption, maintenance event, or operational outage affecting the selected network.
  • A valid, previously disclosed contractual restriction (for example, an investment-plan lock-up period).

Where legally permissible, the platform will provide the customer with information about the nature of the restriction, the corrective steps available, and a reasonable indicative review timeframe where one can be provided.

All temporary restrictions must be proportionate to the reason applied, documented in the customer’s account record, reviewed promptly, and removed when their grounds no longer apply, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

Cryptocurrency Network Fees

Blockchain network fees (gas fees or miner fees) are charges levied by the relevant blockchain network to process an on-chain transaction. These fees are distinct from, and should not be confused with, withdrawal limits or any platform-imposed charge.

Where applicable, network fee estimates are disclosed to the customer before they confirm a withdrawal request. The platform does not guarantee that fee estimates will exactly match the final on-chain fee, as network fees are set by the underlying blockchain and may fluctuate.

The platform does not impose authorisation deposits, account activation payments, or any other additional payment requirement as a condition of releasing funds that are validly available for withdrawal. If you are asked to make an additional payment to release already-available funds, please contact support immediately.

Network fee disclosures will clearly distinguish between: the estimated or actual blockchain network fee; any separately disclosed platform charge where applicable; and the net amount that will be delivered to the destination wallet after applicable fees.

Withdrawal Processing and Request Statuses

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the platform’s implemented controls. Depending on the account classification, request value, destination wallet status, and applicable risk parameters, a request may be processed automatically or may be subject to review by authorised platform personnel.

The following statuses correspond to the withdrawal workflow implemented on the platform:

Status Meaning
Pending The request has been received and is queued for processing or administrative review. Counts toward applicable aggregate limits.
Under Review The request is being reviewed by authorised personnel in accordance with the platform’s compliance and security controls.
Approved The request has been approved and will proceed to on-chain broadcast. Counts toward aggregate limits.
Processing The withdrawal transaction has been submitted to the blockchain network and is awaiting confirmation.
Completed The transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain and funds have been delivered to the destination wallet.
Rejected The request has been declined. Rejected amounts do not count toward aggregate limits. A reason will be provided where legally permissible, together with guidance on available corrective actions.

Customers may view the current status of their withdrawal requests in the transaction history section of their account dashboard.

Customer Transparency and Fair Treatment

Asset Flow Limited is committed to the following standards in the administration of withdrawal limits and controls:

  • Transparent disclosure: Applicable withdrawal limits will be disclosed through the account dashboard. This policy document provides an overview of the applicable control framework.
  • Consistent application: Restrictions will be applied consistently in accordance with documented rules and not on an arbitrary or discriminatory basis.
  • Fee disclosure before confirmation: Applicable network fees and platform charges will be disclosed to the customer before they confirm a withdrawal request.
  • Documented limit changes: Changes to withdrawal limits will be applied in accordance with documented eligibility rules and the platform’s applicable procedures.
  • Challenge process: Customers have a reasonable process for requesting a review of a limit or restriction that they believe has been applied incorrectly.
  • No deposit requirement to unlock eligible funds: Customers will not be required to make additional deposits or investments solely to access funds that are otherwise validly available for withdrawal.
  • Enforceability of valid restrictions: Contractual restrictions (such as investment-plan lock-up periods) and applicable legal requirements remain enforceable in accordance with their terms.

If you have a concern about a withdrawal limit or restriction applied to your account, please contact the support team. Where a formal review is requested, the platform will provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

Decentralised Withdrawal System and Digital Asset Security

Asset Flow’s withdrawal framework is designed to support secure, transparent, and user-directed transfers of digital assets to external cryptocurrency wallets. This approach prioritises user control over destination wallet selection, transaction transparency, and the independent management of digital assets, while reducing unnecessary reliance on centralised custody and asset management.

All withdrawal requests are subject to applicable security protocols, wallet authorisation and whitelisting requirements, blockchain network confirmations, identity verification where required, and relevant risk-management procedures. Users are responsible for ensuring that their nominated wallet addresses, selected blockchain networks, and transaction details are accurate before authorising a transfer.

Where supported by the relevant blockchain network, withdrawal transactions may be independently verified through public blockchain records, providing greater transparency and traceability. However, blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed, and processing times may vary depending on network conditions and security reviews.

Asset Flow is committed to implementing withdrawal procedures that promote responsible asset management, transaction integrity, and user awareness. Any applicable withdrawal restrictions, verification requirements, processing fees, or transaction limits will be communicated in accordance with the platform’s published terms and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Policy Administration

Asset Flow Limited will review this policy when material changes occur to: the supported cryptocurrency assets or blockchain networks; the platform’s operational withdrawal controls or limit configuration system; applicable legal or regulatory requirements; or the platform’s account classification or verification framework.

Material changes to this policy will be communicated to registered users through the platform’s standard notification channels, including in-platform notices and, where appropriate, direct communication to the registered email address.

This policy is a standalone supplement to the main Terms & Conditions. It must be read together with the Terms & Conditions, the Fiat Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.

For questions about this policy, withdrawal limits applicable to your account, or to request a formal limit review, please contact the support team through the platform’s support centre.
